During the survey of the Tukayevsky and Yelabuga districts, inspectors from the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology revealed restrictions on residents' free access to water. According to the Water Code of the Russian Federation, the coastal strip is intended for general use and access to it must be free.
The first violation was found in the Azmushkinsky rural settlement of the Tukayevsky district. The coastal strip of the Gardalinka River was fenced with a fence made of profiled metal sheet and chain link mesh. It was also established that a residential building is being built on a fenced land plot. According to the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN), this land belongs to an individual.
The second violation was recorded in the vicinity of the horticultural non-profit partnership "Industry", Kosteneevsky rural settlement of Yelabuga district. A fence made of profiled metal sheet with a gate for entering the site was found on the shoreline of an unnamed pond, and stakes from a previously located pier were also found in this area.
