The Republican Environmental Reception has received almost 5,000 applications since the beginning of the year
Since the beginning of the year, the Republican Public Environmental Reception has received 4,961 applications from Tatarstan citizens, 4,458 (89%) of them have already been resolved.
2,200 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, and 1,580 notifications were received in the School Ecopatrol application. 1,027 requests were registered in the People's Control system and 154 on the feedback platform POC.
The most popular category remains issues of unauthorized waste disposal – these are 2,598 reports (1,580 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). Residents complained 794 times about the quality of atmospheric air, 527 times about the quality of water, and 1002 times about other issues. There were also 40 complaints about the CUM.
