90% of the appeals have been resolved by environmentalists since the beginning of the year
Since the beginning of the year, 4,915 messages have been received at the Republican Public Environmental Reception. Of these, 4,436 appeals, or 90% of all received appeals, have already been resolved.
Most of the questions were registered in the Ministry's online reception - 2,180. The School Ecopatrol application received 1,572 messages. 1012 requests were received in the People's Control system and 151 on the POC feedback platform.
Tatarstan residents most often complain about unauthorized waste disposal – these are 2,578 reports (1,572 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). 787 times, residents complained about the quality of atmospheric air, 520 times about the quality of water, and 990 times about other issues. There were also 40 complaints about CUM.
