The court upheld the environmentalists' demands to eliminate the landfill in the Kukmorsky district

As part of the monitoring of the Kukmorsky district, inspectors from the Northern Directorate discovered a violation of environmental legislation. In the village of Lubyany on Nagornaya Street, the storage of construction waste was revealed.

The total area of the violation was 100 sq.m.

The Executive Committee of the district was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation. However, upon re-departure, the landfill was not eliminated.

The materials on the case were sent to the Kukmorsky District Court. The court upheld the Ministry's demand and ordered the landfill to be eliminated.
