The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan actively participates in the Crystal Compass Award. In 2024, the project to revive the Volga-Kama Saker Falcon population, which is being implemented in support of the national Environmental Well-being project, was highly appreciated by the expert commission. He was one of the three winners in the nomination "The best social and information project for the preservation of natural, historical and cultural heritage." The Free Current project also fought for victory in the popular vote.
This year, scientific and educational institutions, creative unions, Russian and foreign organizations, enterprises and public figures are invited to participate.
The winners will be determined in the following nominations: "Scientific Achievement", "Journey and expedition", "Enlightenment", "Best Media Project, media project", "Photo work", "Civic Position", "Publication", "Best Regional Project", "Best socio-informational project for the preservation of natural and historical heritagecultural heritage", "The best environmental project of industrial enterprises and businesses".
