More than 4,000 appeals received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception Center of the Ministry since the beginning of the year have been resolved
Environmentalists have reviewed and resolved 4,137 appeals out of 4,794 received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since January 1 of this year.
The main part of the appeals was received through the Ministry's Internet reception (2109), and 1,550 messages were recorded in the School Ecopatrol application. There are 989 notifications registered in the People's Control system, and 146 on the POC feedback platform.
Unauthorized landfills remain the most common topic, with 2,539 messages (1,550 of which came through the School Ecopatrol app). Residents expressed concern about atmospheric air quality 754 times, and about water quality 504 times. Also, 958 messages were received on other issues, and 39 requests were received on the issues of CUM.
