Violation of land legislation revealed in Verkhneuslonsky district
The Ministry of Ecology received an appeal from residents regarding excavation work near the village of Nizhny Uslon.
The inspectors of the Central Department conducted a field visit. During the survey, the fact of removing and moving the fertile soil layer was confirmed, and special equipment was working on site.
The area of the violation was 1900 sq.m.
Based on an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate and the results of the survey, it was established that the land on which the work was carried out belongs to the category of agricultural land. According to article 78 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation, the use of lands of this category is allowed exclusively for purposes related to agricultural production.
The materials on the violation were sent to the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Republic of Tatarstan, since it is this body that is responsible for monitoring the use of agricultural land.
