The damage caused to the soil due to the backfilling of construction waste in the Aviastroitelny district was estimated at 103 thousand rubles
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan has received an appeal from residents of the Aviastroitelny district of Kazan about the filling of construction waste in site No. 162 at the Gorbunov KAPO Farm No. 11. The inspectors of the Central Department conducted a field visit. During the survey of the territory, the fact of filling the land plot with construction waste was confirmed. The area of the violation was 124 sq.m.
The Ministry sent a request to the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan to establish the passport data and registration address of the owners of the cluttered land plots.
At the moment, the violator has been identified. A warning was sent to the individual about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements and eliminating unauthorized landfills. According to the results of the inspection, the damage caused to the soil was calculated, which amounted to 103,000 rubles. The damage will be charged to the violator.
