Almost 4,000 appeals received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception Center of the Ministry since the beginning of the year have been resolved
Environmentalists reviewed and resolved 3996 appeals out of 4711 received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception.
2,057 questions were registered through the Ministry's online reception, and 1,547 notifications were received in the School Ecopatrol application. The People's Control system received 967 requests and 140 to the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal – these are 2,517 reports (1,547 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). Residents complained 733 times about the quality of atmospheric air, 489 times about the quality of water, and 933 times about other issues. There were also 39 complaints about CUM.
