Work of the Mamadysh asphalt concrete plant is suspended

The Cis-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a complaint that the asphalt concrete plant DS-168 of the SDS-7 branch of Soyuzdorstroy LLC of the Mamadysh area emitted harmful substances into the atmosphere. On October 16, 2013, inspectors of the Cis-Kama Territorial Administration made an administrative investigation of industrial emissions. According to the results of the research, excess of emissions of carbon oxide, soot, nitrogen dioxide, and weighed substances (dust) was revealed. This violation generated a negative impact on environment and constituted direct threat to humans’ life and health. In this regard, activity of the asphalt concrete plant DS-168 of SDS-7 branch of Soyuzdorstroy LLC was suspended by the decision of the Mamadysh District Court as of November 19, 2013, for 90 days.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Today, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Ziganshin spoke at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was dedicated to the start of the sanitary and ecological two-month period and environmental work plans for 2026 within the framework of the national project "Environmental well-being".
Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
