Unauthorized landfill identified by environmentalists in Mamadysh
During the monitoring of Mamadysh, environmentalists revealed a violation of environmental legislation. The Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a follow-up visit together with the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Mamadyshsky district.
On Minnuri Khairullina Street, an unauthorized dumping of waste was discovered, namely an asphalt strike. The total area of the landfill was 38 sq.m. It turned out that the land belongs to an individual.
According to Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste), the owner will be ordered to impose an administrative fine of up to three thousand rubles.
