Experts of the state environmental expertise need to be certified
On September 1, amendments to Federal Law No. 174-FZ "On Environmental Expertise" came into force. Now, in order to participate in expert commissions during the state environmental assessment, specialists must pass the appropriate certification.
The documents for the procedure are accepted by Rosprirodnadzor. After successful completion, the specialist will be included in the federal register of certified experts indefinitely.
The certification procedure was approved by Rosprirodnadzor Order No. 110 dated 02/21/2025.
