After the residents' appeal, environmentalists identified unauthorized landfills in the Laishevsky district
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about an illegal landfill in the village of Stolbyshche, Laishevsky district.
The inspectors of the Central Department conducted a field visit. During the survey of the territory, the presence of two unauthorized landfills near the Stolbyshche-Atabaevo highway was confirmed.
The area of one violation is 42 square meters, the second is 71 square meters, and the total volume of landfills exceeds 135 cubic meters.
According to this fact, a claim for elimination of the violation will be sent to the Executive Committee of the Laishevsky district and the legal entity. In case of non-fulfillment of the requirement, the Ministry will apply to the court with a statement of claim.
