The company paid more than 400 thousand rubles for violations of environmental legislation in the Leninogorsk district

Inspectors of the Southeastern Department of the Ministry, together with the Tatar Environmental Protection Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office, conducted an inspection of the activities of the Karkalinsky Crushed Stone enterprise in the Leninogorsk district.

The company operates on the basis of a license issued for the right to use subsurface resources for geological exploration, exploration and extraction of limestones.

At the same time, violations of environmental legislation were revealed during the survey. Unauthorized storage of waste, including concrete and automobile tires, was discovered at the Karkalinskoye-2 subsurface area. The total area of the landfill was 213 sq.m.

An unaccounted-for volume of CUM production in the amount of 28,034 cubic meters was also recorded. The damage was calculated in the amount of 363 thousand rubles.

Based on the results of the survey, resolutions on administrative offenses were drawn up under Articles 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste) and 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (use of subsurface resources without a license to use subsurface resources or violation of the conditions stipulated by the license to use subsurface resources, and (or) requirements approved in accordance with the established procedure technical projects). The company was given an administrative fine in the amount of 60 thousand rubles.

As of today, the fines totaling 423 thousand rubles have been paid in full, and the landfill has been liquidated.
