A landfill has been eliminated in the Tukayevsky district at the expense of "green" money
In the regions of Tatarstan, work continues on the implementation of environmental protection measures at the expense of local budget revenues from environmental revenues. The events are formed within the framework of agreements concluded between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committees of the districts.
During the survey of the Tukayevsky district, inspectors from the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed a violation in the village of Nizhny Suyk-Su. Environmentalists have recorded an unauthorized dumping of industrial and consumer waste. Wood waste from demolition and dismantling of buildings, plant remains and municipal solid waste were found in the landfill.
The total area of the violation is 1400 sq.m.
The liquidation of the unauthorized landfill was included in the list of environmental protection measures implemented at the expense of the budget revenues of the Tukayevsky district from environmental payments.
As of today, the work to eliminate the landfill has been completed.
It should be recalled that environmental payments received by the district budget provide an opportunity to implement important environmental protection projects aimed at protecting the environment and improving environmental well-being.
