On September 1, applications will be accepted for a new stage of the republican School Ecopatrol competition, which is being implemented in support of the national Environmental Well-being project. The competition has been held in the Republic since 2014 by decision of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov has repeatedly noted, it is necessary to cultivate a love of nature from childhood: "We have to be close to nature. Clean water and land are the most important things. Environmental issues are always our priority. We need to preserve our nature for future generations." Such environmental education and enlightenment is one of the goals of the School Ecopatrol competition.
For the 2024/2025 academic year, the competition has already received more than 3 thousand applications. The counting continues, until August 31, every student of the republic still has the opportunity to become the leader of the X competition, and if you do not have time, then feel free to join the new XI stage, which starts on September 1.
To do this, you need to download the multiservice "I am a pupil", register and send a photo and video message with the violations recorded. Environmentalists will take supervisory measures, and the student, for such an active environmental position, will receive points.
The "School Ecopatrol" is held among urban and rural educational organizations in the nominations "The most active student" and "The most active class" in three age categories: Grades 1-4, grades 5-8, grades 9-11. The "Most active School" and "Best Municipal Area/Urban District" are also determined.
The main goal of the competition is to involve schoolchildren in practical work on environmental protection and the implementation of the goals of the national project "Ecological well–being" in the field of environmental education and upbringing of the younger generation.
The organizers of the School Ecopatrol competition are the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technology and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan.
