The Head of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, opened the International Forum "ROSTKI" today
The third International Forum "ROSTKI" started in Kazan today: Russia and China have mutually beneficial cooperation." Rustam Minnikhanov, the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan, delivered a welcoming speech at the opening ceremony. He noted that the forum is one of the most important events uniting residents of the two countries.
"Russia and China have been developing strategic bilateral relations based on mutual understanding and respect for many years. Today, thanks to the personal efforts of the leaders of the two states, our friendship covers not only economic, but also humanitarian aspects," said the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The opening ceremony of the International Forum was also attended by Minister of Ecology Alexander Shadrikov.
We remind you that at the International Forum "ROSTKI: Russia and China – mutually beneficial cooperation" representatives of 32 countries, 59 Russian regions and 24 administrative divisions of China have registered. In total, about 10 thousand people will take part in it. The Forum offers a rich business program covering various areas and all spheres of life. From August 18 to 19, participants will discuss investment, economics, ecology, transport corridor, logistics and many others.
Thus, employees of the Ministry of Ecology and GBU NPO Geocenter of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the plenary session "Prospects for cooperation between Russia and China in the field of exploration and mining", which was held today as part of the Forum. The session discussed options for scientific and technological cooperation and topical issues of environmentally sound mining methods.
