Dear users of the Gosuslugi portal, be vigilant! Do not open suspicious emails from unknown addresses, do not follow the links or call the numbers listed there.
Mailing from Public Services can only be from the address no-reply@gosuslugi.ru .
In case of account hacking, check the list of devices from which your account was logged in and complete all active authorizations in the "Security" section.
Protect your account on the Gosuslugi portal:
- Pay attention to the sender of the email. Public services only write from the address no-reply@gosuslugi.ru
- Always check the link of the page you are following. The only correct address for Public Services is gosuslugi.ru
- Install applications only from official sources, pay attention to who developed the application in the online store.
- Use antivirus programs
- Never tell anyone the login information for Public Services — login, password, information about the second protection factor and an SMS code to restore access.
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation additionally protects Public Services in case of suspicious activity: restricts access to sections with financial information for 72 hours and blocks fraudsters' numbers.
