The international project “Ecological culture. Peace and Conciliation”

Non-governmental ecological fund named after Vladimir Vernadsky, the International Ecological Public Organization “Greenlight” and the Interregional ecological public organization “Greenlife” announce the beginning of submittal of applications for participation in the International Project “Ecological Culture. Peach and Conciliation” in 2014.
      The Project is aimed at preservation of the favorable environment, assurance of ecological safety and maximally rational use of natural resources, as well as formation in the public conscience of the image of unified humanitarian space on the basis of popularization of ideas and principles of ecological culture in the international context.
       The main task of organizers is to reveal the implemented projects and ideas that are of practical importance to the field of formation and development of the ecological culture of the Russian population. The projects implemented in the following field: scientific research; experimental development; innovation technologies; advanced systems aimed at nature protection and rational reclamation of natural resources; ecological education and mentoring; as well as social initiatives are invited to participate.
Winners of the International project “Ecological culture. Peace and Conciliation” will be determined in the framework of several categories:
·                       Ecological education;
·                       Ecological awareness and enlightenment;
·                       Preservation of biodiversity and enhancement of landscapes;
·                       Ecological culture in industry and energetics;
·                       Mass media and ecological culture;
·                       Health ecology;
·                       Ecological culture of social initiatives.
The Project is held on a charitable basis and doesn’t envisage initiation or registration fee. Applications for participation are accepted through March 31, 2014. Additional information on participation is available on the following sites:
