The Yutazinsky court of the Republic of Tatarstan supported the demands of environmentalists to eliminate the landfill in the village of Karakashle

In April, during the monitoring of the Yutazinsky district, inspectors of the Priiksky department discovered a violation of environmental legislation. Environmentalists have identified a landfill of construction waste in the village of Karakashle.

The total area of the violation was 750 sq.m.

A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of the Yutazinsky district about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements of environmental legislation, and then a complaint.

After re-departure, it was found that the landfill had not been liquidated voluntarily.

Then the inspectors sent an application to the Utazinsky Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The court satisfied the environmentalists' claims in full.
