During the monitoring of the Alkeevsky district, inspectors of the Volga-Kama Department revealed violations of environmental legislation.
As part of a survey of the Starokhuradinsky rural settlement, traces of illegal CUM excavation were found. The work was carried out without a license for the right to use the subsoil, which is a violation of Article 7.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
Unauthorized waste from demolition and dismantling of buildings was also found at the site. The total area of the landfill was 6,225 sq.m., the volume was 1,000 cubic meters.
All information has been redirected to the Tatar Environmental Protection Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office to take prosecutorial response measures and identify the violator.
