More than 80 tons of waste paper have already been collected and sent for recycling in Tatarstan!
An environmental campaign to collect waste paper "BoomBattle" continues throughout Russia as part of the national project "Ecological Well-being". This year, the campaign is taking place in a new format - you can donate paper all year round.
Tatarstan takes an active part in the environmental competition. According to the results of the spring season, the republic took the first place among the major regions.
Tatarstan residents collected and sent 80,183 kg of recyclables for processing. Today, the Republic is in second place in the rating, second only to Bashkortostan.
Universities, schools and kindergartens are actively participating in the competition. For example, small conservationists of the Golbakcha kindergarten in the village of Kulsharipovo, Almetyevsk district, collected almost 3 tons of waste paper. And the children from kindergarten No. 49 of the Nizhnekamsk district, together with their parents and teachers, sent 2.7 tons of paper for recycling.
Everyone can take part in the summer BoomBattle season and take care of nature. To do this, you need to register on the website of the boombattle.rf, specify the organization or confirm independent participation. Then select the nearest reception point on the interactive map, take the paper, receive the delivery certificate and upload it to your personal account.

Let us recall that the key goal of BoomBattle is to reduce excessive paper consumption and create a waste management culture. Since 2020, 8.9 million people from all over Russia have participated in the campaign. The participants collected 305 thousand tons of waste paper.
