Two illegal fences were discovered by environmentalists in the Tukayevsky district

6 August 2025, Wednesday

As part of the monitoring of the Tukayevsky district, inspectors from the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology found non-compliance with the water use agreement.

Environmentalists identified the first violation of environmental legislation in the Maloshilninsky rural settlement. The owner of the land plot has restricted access to the stream from the river.

The Ministry of Ecology sent a warning to the violator about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements and warned that failure to comply with the conditions for ensuring free access of residents to a public water body and its coastal strip entails the imposition of an administrative fine.

An appeal was also sent to the Naberezhnye Chelny City Court with a statement of claim. The court supported the environmentalists' demands and ordered the owner of the site to ensure free access of residents to the stream and remove the fence.

The inspectors found the second violation in the Nizhnesuyksinsky rural settlement of the Tukayevsky district. Here, the owner of the land plot restricted access to the pond in the village of Novy Musabai.

Environmentalists also sent a warning to the violator and an appeal to the Naberezhnye Chelny City Court.  The court satisfied the requirements of the Ministry and ordered the violator to remove the fence.
