Environmentalists have stopped illegal removal of a fertile soil layer in the Almetyevsk district
The fact of illegal removal and export of a fertile soil layer from two land plots in the Almetyevsky district with a total area of more than 900 square meters was recorded by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As a result of the survey, it was established that the work was carried out using special equipment – a loader and a truck.
Currently, environmentalists are calculating the amount of damage caused to the environment. Also, the materials on the fact of the offense were transferred to the prosecutor's office for taking measures of the prosecutor's response. The perpetrators face administrative liability under art.8.6 p.1. of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
