89% of the residents' appeals received by the Ministry of Ecology since the beginning of the year have been resolved
Since January 1, the Republican Public Environmental Reception has received 3,474 applications. 3,087 (88.8%) of them have been resolved.
1557 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, 1048 notifications were received in the School Ecopatrol application. 775 requests were registered in the People's Control system and 94 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - these are 1,783 reports (1,048 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). 538 times residents complained about the quality of atmospheric air, 384 about water quality and 732 times about other issues.
