3,349 applications have been received by the eco-reception since the beginning of the year
Since January 1, 3349 appeals have been sent to the Republican Public Environmental Reception, 2993 of them have already been resolved.
1,474 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, 1,037 notifications were received in the School Ecopatrol application. 749 requests were registered in the People's Control system and 89 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - these are 1,745 reports (1,037 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). Residents complained 503 times about the quality of atmospheric air, 376 times about the quality of water, and 691 times about other issues.
