The fact of unauthorized waste disposal on Industrialnaya St. in Nizhnekamsk has been revealed
According to the results of a survey of the territory of Nizhnekamsk, a violation of environmental legislation was found. The inspection was carried out on the basis of video materials provided in the citizens' appeal.
On the land plot at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Nizhnekamsk, Industrialnaya St., the fact of unauthorized disposal of production and consumption waste, namely unsorted waste from dwellings on an area of 65 square meters, was revealed.
According to the provided video materials, the dumping of waste was allowed by the chairman of the Petrokam-Avto garage cooperative Gorbunov Vladimir Nikolaevich.
In connection with the revealed violation, the Zakamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan sent a claim to the violator with a proposal to voluntarily compensate for the damage caused to the soils in the amount of 51,671.75 rubles, as well as to eliminate unauthorized waste disposal on the land no later than 30 days from the date of delivery of the claim.
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recalls the inadmissibility of violations of environmental legislation and draws attention to the need to comply with environmental requirements in waste management. Such violations cause significant damage to the environment and entail administrative and, in some cases, criminal liability.
Work on the identification and elimination of environmental violations is carried out within the framework of the national project "Environmental well-being" and is aimed at preserving a favorable environment in the Republic of Tatarstan.
