A landfill has been eliminated in the Arsky district at the expense of funds from environmental revenues
As part of the cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committee of the Arsky district, a landfill near the village of Verkhniye Aty was eliminated.
The area of the cluttered territory with production and consumption waste was 4,800 square meters. This landfill is included in the list of environmental protection measures, at the expense of the local budget for 2025 by the Arsky district. As of today, the violation of environmental legislation has been eliminated, and work to eliminate the place of unauthorized waste storage has been completed.
Environmental revenues provide an opportunity to carry out various projects aimed at protecting nature and improving the environmental situation. These resources are used both for the restoration and protection of natural areas, as well as for organizing activities for environmental education, the development of eco-tourism and the formation of greater environmental responsibility among the population.
