1,380 vehicles were inspected in Tatarstan in support of the national Environmental Well-being project

Inspections of vehicles for environmental friendliness are continuing in Tatarstan as part of Operation Clean Air. Employees of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, inspect vehicles in 14 districts of the Republic.

A total of 1,380 vehicles were checked:

1,140 passenger cars

52 cargo  

188 buses

The excess was detected in 15 vehicles (11 cars, 3 buses and 1 truck), which is 1.1% of the total number of vehicles checked.

Employees of the Ministry carry out explanatory work with owners of motor vehicles who have been found to have excess capacity on the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements of legislation in the field of atmospheric air protection and draw up protocols on administrative offenses.

It should be recalled that inspections on the republic's highways will continue until September 30 in support of the national project "Environmental well-being".
