The territory of the "wild" quarry with an area of 45,581 sq.m. on the outskirts of the village of Shapkino in the Yangasalsky rural settlement of Kamsko-Ustyisky district has been successfully restored. As part of the cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committee of the Kamsko-Ustinsky district, environmental protection measures were carried out, including the reclamation of the quarry at the expense of the budget in the amount of revenues from environmental revenues.
It should be noted that the use of environmental revenues makes it possible to implement various initiatives aimed at protecting nature and improving environmental well-being. Thanks to these funds, it is possible not only to restore and preserve natural territories, but also to create conditions for environmental education, the development of eco-tourism and increasing environmental responsibility among the population.
