The court ordered to pay damages for illegal mining in the Dymka River

In 2024, during the monitoring of the territory of the Yutazinsky district, inspectors of the Priiksky Department of the Ministry of Ecology revealed the fact of illegal extraction of widespread minerals from the waters of the Dymka River.

As a result of illegal mining, the environment suffered damage in the amount of 1,568,345.35 rubles. The violator refused to voluntarily compensate for the damage caused, and therefore the Priiksky Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan filed a claim with the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The court satisfied the claims in full.
