During the monitoring of the Nizhnekamsk district, inspectors of the Zakamsky Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation. A landfill of concrete blocks has been discovered on the outskirts of Nizhnekamsk.
The total area of the violation was 512 sq.m.
The inspectors calculated the damage caused to the soil in the amount of 814 thousand rubles. The violator refused to voluntarily pay damages.
The environmentalists appealed to the Arbitration Court of Kazan with a statement of claim, which was satisfied.
