Violation of the Water Code was revealed by inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology in Zainsk

During an on-site inspection of the territory of the Zainsky district, inspectors of the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology found a violation of the Water Code of the Russian Federation - unauthorized use of the water area of the Zainsky reservoir. The violator erected a pier made of metal structures without a decision on the provision of a water body for use.

The Executive Committee of Zainsk was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating environmental requirements and was asked to establish the legal right to use the water body.
