80% of appeals have been resolved by environmentalists since the beginning of the year
Since the beginning of the year, the Republican Public Environmental Reception Center has received 2,790 appeals, 2,231 of which have already been resolved.
1169 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception desk, 941 notifications were received in the “School Eco-Patrol” application. 624 appeals were registered in the “People's Control” system and 56 - on the feedback platform “PIC”.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - 1538 messages (941 of which were received through the “School Eco Patrol” application). 397 times residents filed complaints about air quality, 313 - about water quality and 542 times - about other issues.
80% of all requests received were promptly considered and already resolved.
