Meet the new eco-heroes of Tatarstan! Next week we will summarize the results of Eco-Spring 2025
On June 10, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the Republican Eco-spring 2025 contest, which is held in support of the national Environmental Well-being project, will be held in Elmai Park.
This year, the competition was held in the format of an 8-week environmental marathon. During this time, the participants created birdhouses, planted trees, cleaned coastal areas, carried out separate waste collection campaigns, and much more. It's time to reward the most active Tatarstan citizens!
A total of 1,089 applications for participation were received, including:
Eco-assistant – 73 applications;
Eco-association - 95 applications;
Eco–team (kindergartens) - 406 applications;
Eco–team (schools) - 374 applications;
"Eco–families" - 109 applications;
Ecopartners (mass media) – 32 applications.
Arsky district, Mendeleevsky, Nizhnekamsky, Sabinsky district and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny became the most active.
During the competition, 17,769 environmental events were held, including:
• Eco-assistant — 1,691 events
• Eco-association — 1,588 events
• Eco-team (kindergartens) — 6,877 events
• Eco-team (schools) — 5,401 events
• "Eco-families" - 2,212 events
The best districts have already received their awards, and next Tuesday the winners will be awarded in the categories "Eco-family", "Eco-assistant", "Eco-association", "Eco-team" and "Eco-partners".
We will meet on June 10 at 11:30 in the children's park "Elmai" on the Kremlin embankment. In addition to awarding, interactive eco-stations, workshops and eco-quests await all participants.
The republican campaign "Eco-spring" has been held annually since 2016 as part of the sanitary and ecological two-month period from April 1 to May 31. The aim of the competition is to involve all segments of the population in environmental activities, identify the best initiatives and encourage the most active participants.
