Be on the same wavelength with us! The forum of youth organizations "ECO-wave" is being held in Tatarstan
From May 13 to May 15, 2025, the IX Republican Forum of youth environmental organizations "ECO-wave" is being held on the basis of the health and training complex "Baytik" (Krutushka village). More than 150 young environmentalists took part in the forum: representatives of children's and youth associations and students of Tatarstan. At the opening, the children were welcomed by Damir Valiullin, Head of the Information Systems and Environmental Education Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The forum's program includes interactive lectures, discussions, workshops and round tables on nature conservation, environmental education and many others.
Vyacheslav Dolgov, Head of the Department of Mineral Resources and Water Resources, spoke about the profession of an ecologist at an educational lecture. He highlighted in detail the activities of the Ministry of Ecology and introduced the participants to the projects and initiatives of the department.
The IV Republican contest of ecological associations "About ecology to each other" will be the key event of the forum. The participants of the competition will demonstrate their projects on environmental protection, animal welfare and environmental education. The winner will receive grant support to implement their idea.
The ECO-wave forum is organized by the Youth Environmental Organization "It will be Clean" of the Republic of Tatarstan and is aimed at educating the younger generation to respect nature, which contributes to achieving the goals of the national project "Environmental well-being".
