Nizhnekamsk Court satisfied the requirements of the Ministry for landfill liquidation
In 2024, the Ministry revealed violations of the requirements of Articles 51 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection" and Articles 13, 42 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation as part of environmental control. On the territory of the Nizhnekamsk district, waste was littered in the form of a battle of concrete products and building bricks on a total area of 318 square meters.
The land plots are in state and municipal ownership. Demands for voluntary elimination of violations were sent to the Executive Committee of the district, but the waste was not eliminated. The Ministry filed a lawsuit with the Nizhnekamsk City Court, which satisfied the claims for the elimination of violations and ordered the Executive Committee to eliminate the unauthorized landfill.
