Since January 1, 1,541 appeals have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception, 950 of them have been resolved.
723 messages were received through the Ministry's Internet reception, 436 notifications were received in the School Ecopatrol application. 351 appeals were registered in the People's Control system and 31 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular category remains the issue of unauthorized waste disposal - these are 761 reports (436 of which were received through the School Ecopatrol application). Residents complained 244 times about the quality of atmospheric air, 194 times about the quality of water, and 342 times about other issues.
