Large-scale campaign "Clean forests of Tatarstan" has started
A large-scale environmental campaign "Clean Forests of Tatarstan" has been launched in the republic in support of the national project "Ecological Well-being".
This year, the campaign will be held in 2 stages: from April 14 to June 14 and from September 8 to November 8. In the spring, the forest will be cleared of debris, dead wood and brushwood. It is also planned to repair and equip information boards and recreation areas.
In 2024, 30 thousand people participated in the Clean Forests of Tatarstan campaign. As a result of the campaign, 0.9 thousand cubic meters of solid household waste were collected and removed from the forest fund.
