Changes have been made to the installation of signs for water protection zones and coastal strips

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1459, from March 1, 2025, changes were made regarding the installation of special information signs for water protection zones and coastal protective strips. Starting from March 1, they must be installed only in territories used for recreational purposes (tourism, physical education and sports, recreation and health promotion of citizens, including recreation for children and their health improvement).

Since 2013, 1952 special information signs have been installed on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan to mark the boundaries of water protection zones and coastal protective strips.
