Important information for nature users on annual reports!
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs working at category II and III facilities that fall under regional state environmental supervision are required to submit an annual Report on the organization and results of industrial environmental control (IEC) to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The IEC report for 2024 must be submitted by March 25, 2025 inclusive.
On September 1, 2024, the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation dated 03/15/2024 No. 173 "On approval of the report form on the organization and on the results of industrial environmental control" came into force. In addition, the IEC report can be filled out and sent through the nature user's personal account. https://lk.rpn.gov.ru . You can log in using an account on the Public Services Portal (ESIA).
FOR REFERENCE: at the end of 2024, the Ministry received 2,185 reports on industrial environmental control.
