The court ordered the violators to liquidate the landfill in Naberezhnye Chelny

After the legal entity refused to liquidate the landfill, environmentalists filed a claim with the Naberezhnye Chelny court.
 
 Let us recall that in 2024, during the monitoring of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department on 40 let Pobedy Street revealed unauthorized storage of construction waste. The total area of the landfill was 880 sq.m.
 
 A warning was issued to the legal entity to eliminate the violation. After a second on-site inspection, it was found out that the landfill had not been eliminated.
 
 All the materials on the case were transferred to the Naberezhnye Chelny court. The court supported the environmentalists' demands and ordered the violator to eliminate the landfill.
