The violator will pay more than one and a half million rubles for damage caused to the environment
The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan supported the demands of environmentalists and ordered the limited liability company "Zaimilk" to pay 1 million 630 thousand rubles for wastewater discharge to the terrain in Zainsk.
It should be recalled that in the summer of 2023, inspectors of the Zakamsky Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation. Wastewater discharge was discovered on Tolstoy Street in Zainsk on an area of 362 square meters. Ecologists have taken soil samples. According to the research results, exceedances of the maximum permissible concentrations of ammonium ion, nitrogen and sulfate ion were revealed.
The inspectors calculated the damage for the damage caused to the soil. It amounted to 1 million 630 thousand rubles.
Environmentalists filed a claim with the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The court supported the Ministry's position and ordered the violator to pay damages.
