Today, Alexander Shadrikov, Minister of Ecology, introduced the new head of the Kama Department to the staff

Since February 14, Vilsur Farakhetdinovich Mingazov has been appointed head of the Kama Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology.

Vilsur Farakhetdinovich was born on November 25, 1979 in the Menzelinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. He graduated in 1998 from the Ufa Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation with a degree in law, and in 2006 graduated from the Kama State Academy of Engineering and Economics with a degree in finance and Credit.  

In recent years, Vilsur Farakhetdinovich has worked in municipal institutions in Naberezhnye Chelny. He showed himself to be good worker. The Minister of Ecology wished the new leader success in his new field.
