Within the framework of the Recycling Schools: Electronics program The collection and removal of waste from electronic and electrical equipment will be organized on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. From February 13 to February 14, old equipment will be accepted in Bugulminsky, Leninogorsk, Cheremshansky and Bavlinsky districts. On February 27 and 28 in Kazan, Atninsky, Arsky, Baltasinsky and Sabinsky districts.
Accepted for disposal:
- computer and office equipment;
- household appliances (including washing machines and refrigerators);
- power tools;
- electronic scientific and medical equipment;
- phones and personal gadgets;
- electronic and electric toys;
- cartridges (must not exceed 10% of the volume of equipment being delivered).

The recycling program for old electrical equipment is being implemented in Tatarstan under an agreement signed between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Fund for Rational Use of Natural Resources. The program provides residents with an opportunity to recycle expired equipment in an environmentally friendly and convenient manner, and also contributes to achieving the goals of the national project "Ecological well-being" in terms of environmental education and the development of a caring attitude towards the environment.
