A bright and informative event dedicated to the nature of the native land took place in the Urnyak kindergarten of the Arsky district. Inspectors from the Northern Department of the Ministry of Ecology conducted a series of interactive classes, instilling in kids a love for the outside world and responsibility for its preservation.
The children set off on an exciting journey into the world of forest dwellers. They learned which animals and birds live in the forests of Tatarstan, and what role they play in the forest ecosystem. The children showed a theatrical production "Kul Buenda" ("On the shore of the Lake"), where, using the example of their native republic, they demonstrated how important it is to take care of nature and its inhabitants.
The event ended with an ecological exhibition dedicated to the Red Book. Such environmental awareness events are an essential tool for environmental education and involving children in environmental initiatives, which contributes to achieving the goals of the national Environmental Well-being project.
