The Aznakaevsky court upheld the environmentalists' claim for compensation for damage caused to the soil
As part of a two-month sanitary and environmental survey of the Aznakaevsky district, inspectors from the Priiksky department identified a landfill of reinforced concrete waste on Sovetskaya Street. The area of the unauthorized dump was 52 m2. The State inspector of the Priiksky Department calculated the amount of damage caused to the soil upon violation of environmental legislation. A warning was issued to the individual who violated environmental legislation about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements and about the liquidation of the landfill within 60 days. Since the environmentalists' demands were not met, the Ministry filed a lawsuit with the court. The court decided to satisfy the claim of the Priiksky territorial administration for compensation for environmental damage and recover the damage from the individual in the amount of 41,337.40 rubles.
