A resident of Nizhnekamsk was obliged to provide free access to Lake Karakul

During the monitoring of Nizhnekamsk, inspectors of the Zakamsky management revealed a violation of water legislation, namely, restriction of free access to the coastal strip of Lake Karakul.

In the gardening association "Builder", one of the residents erected a fence near the shore, within the boundaries of the coastal strip, which is legally in common use. Any restriction of free access to water bodies is illegal and entails liability.
 
 According to this violation, environmentalists appealed to the Nizhnekamsk court with a statement of claim. The claim was satisfied, the violator was obliged to remove the fence and provide free access to the lake.
