The Laishevsky court supported the environmentalists' demands. The violator will pay more than 300 thousand rubles for harm to nature.
The violator will pay 313 thousand rubles for unauthorized landfills in Almetyevsk. This decision was made by the Laishevsky District Court.
Earlier, inspectors from the Southeastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology, during monitoring, identified unauthorized placement of construction waste on two land plots along R. Fahretdin Street.
The area of the first dump was 334 sq.m., the second - 60 sq.m. The damage to the soil was calculated. For the first dump, it amounted to 265 thousand rubles, for the second – 48 thousand rubles.
The owner of the land eliminated the landfills, but refused to voluntarily pay the damage. Then the environmentalists appealed to the Laishevsky court with a statement of claim. The Court supported the Ministry's position.
