Since the beginning of the year, the Ministry of Ecology has reviewed and resolved more than 9,000 complaints from residents
Since the beginning of the year, 9632 applications have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception, 94% of them have been resolved.
4,562 applications have been accepted in the School Eco-patrol mobile application. 3,527 notifications were received through the Ministry's online reception. 1,358 questions were registered in the People's Control system and 185 on the feedback platform POS.
Most of the questions from residents concerned unauthorized landfills. This issue accounts for 6235 requests (of which 4562 were accepted in the app "School Eco-patrol"). There were also 1,313 reports on atmospheric air quality, 984 on water, and 1,100 reports on other issues.
As of today, 9032 appeals have already been considered and resolved by environmentalists.
